I picked this one up expecting a throwaway little car and ended up grinning at how much personality got packed into 165 pieces.

This little Ford Anglia is the kind of set that sneaks up on you. I went in thinking it would be a forgettable filler set, the sort of thing you build once and forget, but the shaping on that turquoise hood and the boxy cabin actually sold me on the car within the first few steps. At 165 pieces it is never going to be a deep build, but the designer clearly understood what makes the Anglia recognizable and leaned into that rather than trying to cram in features it does not have room for.

The catch

Here is the honest part. At this scale there just is not much building to sink into, so if you are looking for an evening of satisfying construction, this will not deliver that. It is closer to a fun, fast build you finish over a cup of coffee. And because it is small, it will look a little lonely if you are hoping to display it next to the larger Chamber of Secrets sets like the Whomping Willow, the scale mismatch is real and worth knowing before you buy.
