LEGO Modular Buildings, biggest first

The Modular Buildings series is the longest-running adult tradition in LEGO® sets: one detailed street-corner building a year since 2007, each on a standard 32-stud base so they line up into a growing city block. The Natural History Museum, the Boutique Hotel, the Jazz Club, and Tudor Corner are the recent entries.

Modulars are full builds inside and out, with interiors, stairs, and little stories hidden in every room. They retire on a fairly predictable cycle, and retired modulars are some of the most reliable price climbers in the hobby, which is why collectors buy the new one every January.
