Is this the set for you?
Choose Jigglypuff for concert role play after obtaining a compatible SMART Brick. The 88-piece box is an expansion with one SMART Tag, so it should not be selected as a self-contained electronic Pokémon gift.
A good fit for: SMART Play owners who want a musical scene and one additional Pokémon.
A change of activity
Jigglypuff performs with a microphone and two speakers. The useful comparison is with feeding Bulbasaur and Bidoof in Berry Bash 72155: choose the concert for a performance scene and Berry Bash for caring for two Pokémon. Neither needs to be presented as a new way to start the SMART system.
Performance is the reason to add it
Training House with Pikachu 72164 supplies a wider mix of feeding, training and hiding, together with a SMART Brick. Jigglypuff is the focused addition for a child who wants a stage and audience story after that starter. If the aim is two responsive opponents in a first purchase, Charizard and Jolteon 72167 supplies the pair and two bricks. Choose the concert because performance is the desired activity, rather than treating its small piece count as a simpler electronic starter.
What the small box supplies
The set contains 88 pieces, is rated 7+, and incorporates a SMART Tag in Jigglypuff. Responsive sounds and lights require a compatible SMART Brick from an All-in-One set, with updated Pokémon firmware for older bricks. No brick or charger is included. The announced rollout covers the US, UK, Germany, France, Poland and Australia; Canada is outside it.
