I built this one on a slow afternoon and it was over faster than I wanted it to be, which is honestly the best compliment a small Friends set can get.

I will be upfront about the tradeoffs. This is a small set, so if you are hoping for a sprawling multi-room building with lots of hidden play features, you will find the footprint limiting. It reads best as one piece of a bigger Heartlake City layout rather than something meant to stand alone on a shelf.
