This is a small, sweet Minecraft set, and I mean that in both senses.

It is not trying to be a showpiece, it is trying to give a younger builder (or a Minecraft fan who wants a quick, satisfying evening build) a self contained scene with a house, some farm texture, and an undeniably cute baby pig at the center of it. The Baby Pig House is one of those small Minecraft sets that knows exactly what job it has to do. It is not chasing the scale of the big biome sets, it is giving you one contained scene, a modest farmhouse structure and a pen, built around a baby pig minifigure element that is honestly the reason most people will want this set in the first place. If you have ever watched a kid's face light up at a baby mob in the actual game, that is the reaction LEGO is fishing for here, and it mostly lands.

I will be straight with you about the tradeoffs. At 238 pieces this is a light build, done in well under an hour, and it does not have the layered building techniques or part variety that make the flagship Minecraft sets fun to pick apart.
